We hire a professional photographer to come in for a private shoot, helping to showcase your beautiful home in rich, High Definition that adds value as we promote your listing to our personal spheres of influence, buyer list, and referral list and even contractors to assist in “letting everyone we know” be aware that your home is for sale. Further we do extensive online marketing.,, Craigslist, Google Base, Trulia, Youtube, HotPads, Zillow etc are just a few of the outlets in which your home is promoted to the public. In addition we utilize many “Web 2.0” products such as Blogging, Blog Listings, Flyer syndication, Social Media and more to further expand the network your available home is exposed to. High Resolution Photos, Video Tours, high quality flyers and more are also available. In addition to extensive online marketing, we are also able to promote listings in local newspapers and Homes and Land Magazine including the local distribution of the Wall Street Journal.

Transaction Management: Once we negotiate and secure a contract on your property, our team which includes a full time transaction coordinator will continue to manage important tasks and dates such as ordering title work, delivering HOA information, keeping inspection dates in order and more. Our goal is to help your transaction run as smoothly as possible and have a “problem free closing”. In addition, I utilize an electronic contract system designed to help simplify and streamline the document process. This makes it easier for us to work with those that may be out of town or have a schedule where it is difficult to address time sensitive documents in person.
