Tools: More and more buyers like you start their home search online and by themselves. Making sure you are using an accurate and trusted system to do so is important. We offer a 100% free MLS search, you can view it here.  Once you have defined your search criteria you can view photos, virtual tours, tax information, school district information, shopping and dining nearby and so much more. In addition to these great services you can also choose to SAVE your FAVORITES and even get daily or weekly updates with new listings! In addition, I utilize an electronic contract system designed to help simplify and streamline the document process. This makes it easier for us to work with those that may be out of town or have a schedule where it is difficult to address time sensitive documents in person. But of course, I do use good ole blue ink and paper when preferred.

Transaction Management: Once we find your perfect home and negotiate the terms, there are many more things to keep in line to ensure a smooth closing. I will review your Title and HOA documents with you, help you obtain financing through trusted lenders if needed, be present for your home inspection walkthrough and help assess what items we may want to put back on the negotiating table and much more. We, as Realtors have many important tasks once we are under contract. My main goal is to ensure that you are educated about the transaction and have a smooth closing.

Relationship: Real Estate is a relationship business. I don’t just say “Thanks! Call me when you need to sell” after your closing. I will follow up with you after the closing to help answer any questions that arise about your new home and provide you with trusted service provider recommendations. My goal is that when you are asked “Hey, do you know a good Realtor?” You can without hesitation say…”I sure do!” Being one of the most important purchases you will ever make, I am dedicated to proving that your experience and trust in me is equally important!
